Good reason for his suspension
Be careful! His medical license was suspended for permanently disabling and ending people’s lives. Did not follow proper procedures whatsoever.

Caused a stroke permanently disabling me
Had a heart valve replacement and was sewn up incorrectly. We unfortunately went back to him to correct it blood was regurgitating itself. When I went in for corrective surgery they did not gap my blood thinner. This caused a massive stroke and seizures. A simple outpatient surgery that was correcting other mistakes ended up being a 101 day stay. Never apologized for hurting me. Very very rude.

Dr. Barragry was my surgeon 5 years ago, when I needed a quadruple bipass. He was easy to talk to when discussing my pending heart surgery and my plans for an additional unrelated surgery just 2 months later. My husband and I felt confident in my surgical team. Dr. Barragry...I'm still going strong 5 years later. Thanks for all you did, and for performing my surgery at Aurora-Summit.

Dr. Barragry performed a heart valve replacement/aortic aneurysm repair for my Husband without the use of blood. From our initial meeting with He and His staff thru my Husband's surgery and recovery, our experience with Him has been nothing short of outstanding! Dr. Barragry totally understood and respected our wishes. The care and concern for my Husband's health and emotional well-being from both He & His Staff was superb! He communicated clearly and concisely. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!
