My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Aiello for many years. He has always been professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and friendly. He never hesitates to spend as much time as necessary to explain procedures and findings, answer questions and allow for discussion of all eye and health related issues. He is a caring and competent physician in whom we have the utmost trust and confidence.

I have been a patient since l lived in Brooklyn. When I moved to New Jersey I continued going to Brooklyn because I felt very comfortable with him. He and his staff were very nice. I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. Aiello. I felt confident that all would go well since he clearly and patiently explained the entire procedure to me. Without doubt, the surgery was a success! I could not believe the difference in my sight! Immediately after surgery I was able to see clearly and could not believe what I had been missing. Driving, reading sewing and other activities have improved 100%. That is only with one eye. Imagine want it will be like after I have my other eye done next week. Also, it is a painless surgery. The center where surgery was done was clean and staff was very pleasant and put me at ease before surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Aiello as a caring and a highly competent doctor.
