Dr. Thirumala Raju has left a lasting impression on me and my family. She is the most caring, warm, and sensitive doctor that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her sense of humor and lovable personality make every visit to her office a pleasant experience. I first met Dr. Raju when my cousin had a stroke and she was his primary doctor. From the moment we walked into her office, she made us feel at ease with her kind and compassionate demeanor. She took the time to listen to my cousin's concerns and answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my cousins well-being and was dedicated to providing the best possible care. Dr. Raju's expertise and knowledge were evident in the way she handled my cousin's treatment. She was thorough in her examinations and always kept us informed about the next steps in the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to my cousin's health gave us peace of mind during a difficult time. One particular instance stands out in my mind when Dr. Raju went above and beyond to save my cousins life. She had him check his arteries just to be safe so when the day came they were three major arteries almost plugged fully he was operated the next two days a triple bypass surgery and from expertise and knowledge end up saving his life, we will forever be grateful to her for her dedication and commitment to her patients. Valley Medical Center is truly lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Thirumala Raju on their team. Her passion for medicine and genuine care for her patients make her a valuable asset to the medical community. I cannot thank her enough for the impact she has had on my family's life. Dr. Raju is a very professional, punctual, practical and an understanding doctor. Her diagnosis is on point and accurate. In top of all she is very pleasant and has a lovely sense of humor. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Thirumala Raju had been my PCP for few years in the previous appointment I had with her through telehealth she always late like 10 to 30 min no problem I understand is busy some time ,but unfortunately today I had in person appointment when I checked in there was a huge line so it took me 10 minutes to check in for my appointment when I went on to the exman room she came in give comments that I was late ,and when I told her that I had some health problems she keep going to the same comments that I was late and she did not had time to go over my health problems. This is the worst experience I had .

I LOVE DR. RAJU! I saw her last week to get some referrals! She is very kind and genuine and I really enjoy her as my doctor. You can tell she really cares about what she does and as someone who always gets nervous to be honest with their doctor, she makes me feel very comfortable and safe to talk about things.

Dr Thirumala Raju is one of the most proficient, caring Internal Medicine Specialist I have ever encountered. At the age of 78, with some serious lifelong health issues I have seen more than a few. I am so sorry she has moved to San Jose and is not longer in the Pasadena area, as I have been unable to find any to fill her shoes. She is an excellent diagnostician and dedicated professional. She takes the time to understand who you are as an individual and what your particular problems are.

As a new patient, I expected for my doctor to (at the bare minimum) to go through an in depth medical history and provide a physical exam. NO physical exam was provided. Further, when I shared with this doctor that I had pain in a localized area she did not attempt to feel or check for lumps. I felt that this doctor lacked bedside manner and did not take interest in my care or establishing rapport. My appointment lasted about five minutes.

What a great doctor, so friendly, genuine and truly a destiny to have met her.
