I really respect and like Dr. Vail, she is such a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist. I wish there were more doctors like her that listen and care as much as she does. She goes above and beyond to help her patients.

I see all these amazing reviews but my husband was referred to her several weeks ago for moderate depression and anxiety . I have left a voice mail checking the status of his referral once a week x 3 weeks now and not so much as a call back to let me know anything .I don’t know if her office staff have let her know about the calls but as a Nurse myself I find this very unprofessional.

This woman ruined my life. She put me on antipsychotics and switched those four days in a row when she didn't see the results she wanted to see. She labeled me bipolar and sent me on my way. I continued to get worse until I finally went Houston Methodist where they told me she was wrong for doing all that and that I did NOT have bipolar disorder. It was all the meds!! I Did things so out of character on those drugs. There are still days I do not remember. How many are being misdiagnosed bc of her
