This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a provider’s office. The check-in staff member was welcoming and efficient. The wait time to be seen was short. The tech ( Camillia) who did the ultrasound, was informative and kind, and gentle. The next assistant, Anaya, was equally so. Dr Soto was very personable and informative about the results of the testing. She described my conditions and explained the recommended treatment and answered my questions. Checkout and setting up of various appointments was an easy process. I came home with a folder of information and a printout of appointments. What a pleasant staff! I feel very confident about my upcoming treatment with Dr Soto
