Her energy is off the charts along with her knowledge. She listens and gives options. I had one procedure done and she played my favorite music and spoke to me in laymen terms. I trust her so much heading back to have another procedure.

Amazing Surgical Experience
I am writing to thank Dr. Hadlock for her enthusiastic support of me as a patient. Tessa (and the staff) provided clear information on surgery options, so I could choose the best procedure for myself. I felt very supported as a person during the pre-op. And was pleased how easily stitches came out and healing happened. I look forward to returning for my second surgery in 5 months.

Dr. Hadlock helped me with my Bells Palsy and is the most competent and caring doctor one could hope for to deal with facial paralysis. My local doctor suggested sewing my eye shut as a response to my eye not closing but when I saw her, she put a tiny platinum weight into my eyelid to help it close. Talk about night and day treatment going from someone who does not know best practices to one who sets the standard for best practices! She has done a Cross Facial Nerve Graft and Grascillus Muscle Transfer as a response to my paralysis and helped me feel better as a person who could then communicate more effectively with the world around me. Every time I have been in her office she is teaching others how to serve patients and I used the word serve because when I go there I feel as if I am a very important person who is getting a queen's treatment. Her staff is amazing and helpful - Bailey helps with logistics when I'm flying there and Mara, the PT is outstanding as well! Thanks Dr. H!

Brilliance and compassion
Dr Hadlock is a brilliant surgeon - and she's caring and compassionate, besides! I have facial paralysis/synkinesis as a result of acoustic neuroma surgery. It's been a very emotional journey and from the first time I met with her, Dr Hadlock has made me feel that I CAN get better. She's easy to talk to and she openly listens to my concerns. And, even after so many surgeries, she is genuinely excited for her patients when they see experience improvements.

Several doctors told me there was nothing that could be done about the longterm results of Bell's Palsy complications. Dr. Hadlock and her staff understand completely what my issues provide me with excellent care and solutions. Jen, the PT who works with her, has also been invaluable.

Dr. Hadlock successfully treated me for a nerve disorder that occurred as a result of jaw surgery I had in 2019. She also, more recently, did a mini-flap face-lift for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hadlock's for 12 years-diagnosed with facial paralysis (Bell's Palsy) which resulted in synkinesis. I have found her to be an excellent, dedicated clinician. She spends time discussing my condition and is interested to hear how am I doing. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Her staff are friendly and professional. If friends or family ever find themselves in need of such a specialist, I would not hesitate to recommend them see Dr. Hadlock.

Dr. Hadlock performed surgery in February 2017 to partially restore facial function after my facial nerve was partially removed. She is a talented and compassionate physician and I could not be more pleased with her, her team or the results. Throughout my preop visit, surgery and recovery I always felt that Dr. Hadlock and her team truly cared about me as a patient and were committed to ensuring a successful outcome.

Dr. Hadlock changed our 16-year-old daughter's life with the surgery she performed to get her smile back. She had right-side facial paralysis from a brain tumor. From the first phone call I made, we have had had nothing but a positive experience with everyone at MEEI. Dr. Hadlock's experience in this field makes her the best. We will be eternally grateful for what she did for our daughter and encourage anyone suffering with facial paralysis to be treated by Dr. Hadlock.
