Ive been seeing Dr. Garton for many years. She has helped me a great deal and I feel fortunate to have found her. Listens attentively and has addressed any issue I had adjusting my medication. Highly recommended.

So knowledgeable and listens to what I think
I don't know what these other reviewers experienced, but I really like Dr. Garton. She asked a lot of questions and really worked to understand my life and experiences instead of just throwing drugs at me. She is very knowledgeable about her field, medications, and options. I love that she actually listens to me! Most doctors do not listen to what you think and feel. She asks for my opinion about how things are going, medications, etc. and actually listens. We work together to find what works best for me. I think she is amazing! I am SO glad I found her.

Beware! Uncaring, cold and over proscribed me medication that caused me to have seizures. I am so thankful I have moved to a different doctor and had to wean off of the crazy pill she gave me for 18 weeks. Please don’t go. Everything there feels very very off. Even the waiting room has a negative vibe.

Embarrassment to Integris! I dropped her after my first appointment. Read her reviews! Wish I would have. Would not recommend her to an enemy. Or maybe I would?!

Dr Garton, was rude and arrogant. She had me in complete tears the whole 30 minutes I was in her office. She showed no compassion. Would ask questions and then not let me finish the answers. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. She now has my medical record littered with PTSD, Bi-polar and chronic depression. How could she even have the right to spend less than an hour of interrupting me then put that on y medical record. I don't feel she should even be in practice.

I have been to Dr. Garton twice. The intake isbrief. I have been to several psychiatrists and have seen the same psychologist for 9 years. She knows everything about me. She believes I’m bipolar II and have been told that by other psychiatrists. Dr Garton without knowing my full history diagnosed me as unipolar depressive. I have read about that and I have NON of symptoms. She is arrogant. And no compassion. Thinks she knows everything when she has little info to truly diagnose. HORRIBLE!!

My biggest complaint is not with the Drs. But Naomi at the front desk. I stopped going there several years back because of her. She is rud, interrupts, and doesn’t let you get a word in. I had called one day and spoke to a delightful woman. I thought to myself, thank goodness they got rid of naoomi , but I was wrong! She is still there and is short and rude to all patients! She has no people skills! She does not belong in a psychiatric office where people are depressed. I will not goback

I would recommend Dr. Garton without exception. I read the reviews on this site on the day before my visit, and I am so glad that I did not cancel. I believe if you visit Dr. Garton with a sincere desire to benefit from her expertise and a respectful attitude, you will benefit from her medical experience and empathy for your condition. When I spoke, she **listened.** I never felt like she was checking a box or placing a predetermined treatment plan on me.
