The phone num er doesn't work no one answers and they never call back...you just have to show up if you need anything and most of the time they turn you away.

Have tried to make an appointment for months, requiring my authorization to be extended, but can't because the lady is never at her desk. Have left my contact information three times and was assured that she would return my call. The last time was yesterday. I googled him today to leave this review and saw that his office is permanently closed. Yesterday, I was given a very different story. Dr. Prentice's office is run by an inept staff that make him look foolish. I no longer wish to see him.

Awful! This is the worst office I have ever visited. The staff is extremely rude and Dr. Prentice is careless. After waiting over an hour to see the doctor we got nothing resolved. What a waste of time! Do yourself a favor, find another neurologist.
