Dr. Kapanjie's nurses could not figure out how to take my weight on her scale and simply had me tell her. The doctor and his nurses try to sell you their own cash based medical plan and the doctor tried to refer me to a number of specialists unrelated to the purpose of the vist. I felt like I was buying a used car and got out as fast as possible.

What I enjoyed most about Dr. Kapanjie was his willingness to work with my level of comfort. I haven't always been keen on manipulation, and when I expressed that to him, he said, "no problem, we can do some deep massage work instead." Also, when I needed to call him one weekend for an emergency prescription for serious neck pain, he was very friendly and accommodating. He's highly knowledgeable, loves his job, and genuinely cares about his patients, which is refreshing and inspiring to see.
