Wonderful experience and a true doctor.
Very informative, helpful, and professional. Did not make you fell like you had to go. Like some doctors do during their visits. I would recommend him and truly some other physicians should take note how true patient care is demonstrated. Thank you.

Great doc but good luck getting an appointment
I struggled between 5 stars and 1 star. 5 stars because he is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. 1 star because he is only wonderful if you can actually get an appointment to see him. I have called at least four times since May, at their direction, because they have no available openings. Each time I'm told "Please call back in a few weeks or next month". I understand being busy because you're that good at what you do but, there needs to be steps taken to mitigate these exorbitant lead times for appointments. Especially for returning patients.

If you choose this doctor you'll never get an appointment when you need one. Call with a an urgent need and they'll give you an appointment 6 months out. They'll put up non-HPPA barriers to getting your own medical records. He's a good pulmonologist, but everything else is unacceptable.

Pretty much the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. His appointment schedule is packed, unfortunately, but that’s because he’s so darn good

This Dr. goes above and beyond, has great compassion for his patients and he helped my husband a great deal when he was in the hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good pulmonoligist. As far as his office staff they are so courteous and friendly and are right there to help you if needed. Waiting time is not long unless an emergency would come up.
