Excellent Dr.
Dr Bross is an excellent thorough Dr., explains what his diagnoses is and what it takes to help resolve the issue. He also explains what to do if initial diagnosis doesn't solve the problem and what to do next. Very caring and fun to talk to. Recommend highly.

Kind and Thorough
A heavy oxygen tank fell into my ankle, creating damage to the talar dome and foot. Dr. Bross was so kind and friendly. He gently thoroughly examined my foot and ankle. The office visit was actually enjoyable because of the kind care of Dr. Bross! After reviewing my x-ray reports, he recommended several foot and ankle therapy exercises, which have helped. He offered a referral for physical therapy, which I may get from him eventually.

An excellent caring doctor
It was always a pleasant experience making an appointment, being seen at his office promptly (whether it was in conifer or Evergreen) & talking with Dr Bross about any medical condition I was experiencing. He is very patient & caring. One of the best doctors in this mountain community!!

Bad experience
I found Dr. Bross to be arrogant and disrespectful. He asked some basic questions but did not ask appropriate follow-up questions. He seems to jump to conclusions. His focus seems to be coming up with things he can put on a medical bill.

By far the best doctor Ive ever had (42years old). Spent a lot of time with me discussing problems, putting together a care plan and following up. Felt completely at ease with him. Cant possibly recommend him more.
