Do not use this doctor.No communication!
Dr. D nor her staff followed through with the things they said they would do verbally and in my elderly family member's records upon discharge from the hospital to rehab. As a matter of fact she went out of the country with no instruction to staff to follow up..no blookwork, no cultures, no visits..nothing. The experience with Dr.D was nothing but horrible.No answering service to get an urgent message to the doctor. just an answeing machine with a message to leave your name and number and you will be called back in 24 hours!! No notification my elderly family member had an online visit until the home health care nurse alerted us to the visit 10 minutes before it was to happen. Consequently nobody was with my elderly family member to sit in on the call. Not acceptable!! Very unprofessional.
