Pleasant to talk with, Great listener and responds and adequately. Answer questions, Explain what issues mean and why they happen. True to her word. Spend quality time, don't feel rushed. Always ask is there anything we left out or has not covered..Overall one of the best DO I ever had. Explain results. Give options and good advice
