Dr. Thanmaya Reddy, MD

She canceled appts, would not return calls. I ended up in the ER twice due to her incompetence. She would not follow the treatment I had from my retiring doctor in the same practice. Do not trust her with your UTI issues.

My mother is dealing with bladder issues. She went to see Dr. Reddy who did not take her seriously and thought throwing a prescription of pills at her would remedy her problem. Meanwhile, 5 ER visits later we are just now getting to the root but using a different Dr. I see she has a very low rating and after reading some of the reviews it looks like many other people have had a similar unimpressed experience.

Disrespect my time, did not receive the proper examination and receive a long list of charges (not covered by insurance) is truly a bad experience. My Urologist retired, the clinic staff recommended Dr. Reddy. In the first visit, she made me wait for 35 minutes to be called and then wait for about 25 minutes in the room to see her. She did not examine me, she just talked for less than 4 minutes and then rescheduled me. In the second visit, she also made me wait in the room for 25 minutes to see her, she also did not examine me she just talked for 10 minutes and again rescheduled me. She send me her bill with a long list of work, the insurance refused to pay some of them. I should have checked reviews before I scheduled.

Dr. Reddy tries to seem helpful, but she made me wait over 40 minutes on one occasion and over 30 minutes on another location. Most importantly, as someone in chronic pain and seeking medical help, Dr. Reddy was supposed to follow up with me after a telehealth appointment on other medication that could be helpful. After waiting over 2 weeks for a follow up, I had to call her office and make ANOTHER appointment and I expressed my dissatisfaction. I then receive a message from Dr. Reddy that she was sorry I was unhappy with the care, but never apologized for never following up with her patient as promised after over 2 weeks. I would never recommend this doctor in the future. EVER

She listened and communicated well with me. She performed a professional examination, took my concerns seriously and scheduled follow-up procedures.

I saw this doctor a year ago, and only today did I finally find a doctor who took me seriously. when i saw dr reddy for my frequent urination, she told me it was because i eat berries even though i only eat them maybe once or twice a month and i had been peeing up to 20 times a day, too much for a couple blueberries here and there. then she told me it's my anxiety-- although i assured her i was managing my anxiety and this issue does not coincide with my anxiety symptoms. i felt so dismissed. she then got frustrated with me that i was not agreeing with her, and told me i need to be more motivated with my anxiety because i'm messing up my body. it was pretty rude. she did a pap smear on me and i asked her to stop because it was hurting but she did not and told me she had to finish. i left the office with no answers and no help. recently i saw another urogynecologist. because of my experience prior, it took me a year to see another one. this new doctor diagnosed interstitial cystitis
