Reason for visit: Meds refill Clinic/Place: Doctor on Demand (Online Healthcare) Visit: is a Televisit (virtual) which lasted a little over 2 minutes to get refills of a medicine that I have been taking for over 10 years. We agreed on 11 refills for the same dosage thatI've been taking. Result: when I went to the pharmacy to pickup my meds, I disovered that she prescribed one third of the dosage and no refills. I tried to contact her through customer service several times to fix the prescription but she never responded and never fixed the dosade or the refills. I got my insurance company involved and still no response from her. I's been 19 days and I still don't have the right dosage nor the refills. What a nightmare :(
