The bunion consult visit with my child lasted all of 5 minutes. She was very dry and had poor bedside manners. She spent very little with us and was very short with her responses. She seemed irritated by the questions we were asking. She suggested a foot separator but told us to research it on the web. She made my child feel worse about her condition than before we walked in. We then got a bill for $850 !

Dr. Dinh Rocks the Doc. Talk!
Dr. Dinh went the extra mile for me and that is a rarity these days! I went to her for a second opinion and she ended up prescribing me prednisone for a serious ankle injury! I highly recommend visiting her as your new podiatrist-Dr. Dinh will take excellent care of you and provide you the reassurance one needs under these particular stressful situations!

Bunion Surgery
You would never know that I had bunion surgery. My right foot looks the same as before may be even worse. I would not recommend Dr. Dinh. Dr. Kenneth Leavitt from the New England Baptist Hospital did my left foot and he did an exceptionally good job. I could not be happier. Unfortunately, he retired, so I had to choose another doctor to do my right foot. I noticed that my first review showed two stars when it should have only been one.

Shes great!
I feel like Dr Dinh really understands what we need by talking to us. Love her bedside manner. Wish she could be my primary! She even stayed with me while I was getting the nerve block since I was so nervous. She really puts me at ease. She’s wonderful!

Very caring, personable, and professional. Answered all my questions. She performed my bunionectomy and hammer toe correction with excellent results and almost no discomfort during the recovery. Amazing! Kudos to the operating team as well, for they were very personable and professional in preparing me and making me feel at ease for the procedure.

Dr Dinh and her team were by far the friendliest and most professional medical team I've experienced. The balance of responsiveness, treatment plans and appropriate communication styles for children was simply outstanding. From the first appointment thru post surgery has been a successful and positive experience.

I needed insoles for flat feet. I called Dr. Dinh to make an appointment. She told me it would be $425.00 for the insoles. I assumed that she would submit it to my insurance company, but that didn't happen. I paid her in full, she cashed the check immediately. I called my insurance company and they said they would pay for part of the insoles. I was on the phone for hours trying to get the paid in full bill because now I have to submit it to the insurance company. Nobody has called me back after leaving numerous messages. Her secretary said the person in billing was on vacation. That was several months ago. No help from anyone.

I felt dr dinh 's did not respond to my questions very well. Pretty much all my questions had unsatisfactory answers or she did not have an answer at all. Probably she did not care much about them as a surgeon, but they were important to me as a patient. Making sure all my questions are well answered n I don't have any further questions would hv made me feel better. It was a quick finish. Otherwise, she was smiling and soft spoken throughout.

Dr Dinh performed a joint implant on my left big toe and has also performed bone spur removal on my right big toe. She is excellent in communicating with you in regards to the different options available for your condition. A podiatrist I met with at a different hospital 10 years ago and again 2 years ago just wanted to fuse my toes, no other options. Dr Dinh gave me 3 options and explained all 3 and the possible outcomes.

Dr dihn followed my son for an acute stress fracture of the 5th metatarsal for over 2 months. She spent minimal amount of time with us on each visit. Gave us brief instructions on what to do between visits but without any real education of patient. The injury did not heal as expected and she did not modify or alter plan accordingly. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
