She does not really take the time to hear out your own observations. It is mostly centered around her opinions. If you do not seem to agree with her point of view, the time gets shortened and you are out the door in no time. Circles a lot around the same questions while trying to get you to use sertraline if nothing seems to work well. Think twice before you get that prescription filled out.

Excellent Doctor always curteous, listens and very detailed. Has always attended to my ailments correctly. And I have considerable issues. She is a great doctor. I feel very fortunate to have her attend me.

I love Kaiser, but every aspect of my experience with Dr. Than Than was negative. Her staff giggles and sneers at patients . Dr. Than Than doesn't listen to you, or even care. She will stalk out of the room without addressing your issues. If you email her afterward about the issues she failed to address, she will tell you make another appointment. Everything requires an appointment with her, but nothing is ever resolved. She wouldn't even release my test results. And she pushes anti-depressants.
