Zero Complaints
Very impressed with this physician and staff. Dr. Rollins relieved my white coat hypertension with his friendly demeanor and made me comfortable with his thorough exam. The attending staff also was knowledgeable and helpful. A suspected Squamous Cell Carcinoma had a benign biopsy and I heard quickly on the status from the office. The building itself is pleasant, easy to reach and has plentiful parking. An A+ experience.

Dr. Rollins is truly a gift to the medical profession. He has a very pleasant demeanor and is very knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond regular office hours to assist with my father’s health care issues. His compassion is evident. We feel truly blessed and appreciative to be recipients of his guidance :)

You can trust this man. Sound professional judgment and somewhat funny. Not perfect, but very good. Provides thorough examination and evaluation. Great personal skills. Pleasant. Recommend him highly; stands far above the rest--like the old time doctor with the black bag who came to your house.

I visited Dr. Rollins last week to get a checkup and take care of some age spots, etc. I must say Dr. Rollins gave me a thorough body inspection, not just a quick glance as dermatologists have done with me before. He was very attentive, and checked several moles close up. Unlike previous dermatologists I've used, who were very so quick to be out the door to their next patient, Dr. Rollins took the time to tend to all the areas that concerned me, saving me from making several more appointments.

After confirming my allergies many times with Dr Rollins and during my office visit with the nurse, I was injected with lidocaine anyway. Instead of showing some compassion by asking me to wait so he could observe me to see if I had a reaction, he told me to go home and take benadryl. Never called to follow up on my well being. Negligence followed up by apathy. So disappointed. Maybe he should REVIEW a patient's file before injecting them! Again, NEGLIGENT!
