Meh! No better than regular OBGYN. Had to get referral to see her, where normally I don't need one. Than even with insurance charged $300 for apt Never Again!

Stay away from this doctor!
I went to Dr. Dunn for mild urinary incontinence. Her technician performed bladder tests and cystoscopy. Dr. Dunn met me afterwards, didn't give me the test results, didn't talk to me about diagnosis, only gave me a diet for cystitis and prescribed 3 meds. I was woozy then, but the next day, I called to say I didn't know what the meds were and didn't get info about my condition and could I see her again. I got an appointment the next week. 3 days after the test, a Saturday, I came down with a horrible UTI, called Dr. Dunn and got a prescription for an antibiotic. When I went in for the next appointment, I gave a urine sample and Dr. Dunn came in and said she needed to insert antibiotic in my bladder, as we needed to get the infection under control. She then explained the meds. I got an appointment with another urologist several months later, who found I had pseudomonas. To get closure, I requested my medical records and found that Dr. Dunn had misrepresented what happened.

The only doctor who actually knew how to treat me!
Dr. Dunn is the only doctor who actually knows how to treat my pelvic floor disorder - and it finally resolved after years of searching for help! She is kind, considerate, funny, and just simply a delightful lady. And, her staff is top-notch. I highly recommend her and her staff for a seamless and compassionate experience.

Pleased patient
I was referred to the office by my sister for pelvic pain. I scheduled my appointment with a lovely woman who was extremely patient with me. She let me know how to find the office, explained parking, and offered to send paperwork to my home. Those small details matter. When I arrived to the office I was checked in right away. It was a very busy Monday! There was just a bit of a wait to be seen (honestly though, knowing you’re seeing a specialist it’s understandable that things can get behind). When I was taken back the nurse was very kind and empathetic of my situation. My experience with Dr. Dunn was wonderful. She made me feel like I mattered. She answered my questions and most importantly established a plan of care. It’s been 5 months since I initially came in and I feel so much better. While I’ve noticed a change in staff recently those there that I interacted with initially still remembered me and make me feel welcome. I would recommend this office with no hesitation.

Dr. Dunn and her team took amazing care of me throughout the process of my surgery. I met with her to discuss options, she was incredibly knowledeable, and she listened to me. She made sure I understood exactly what would happen with both the procedure (bladder testing) and the actual surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn.

Above and Beyond expectations
I was a little nervous before seeing Dr. Dunn because of the comments I have read, but doing some more research I thought I would give her office a chance, and I am very glad I did! She was friendly, and kind and actually listened to what I was talking about. I read that her board thing was more than 30 years ago and I'm not expert but it looked like it was something to do with documentation and not about harming anyone. She is a phenomenal doctor/surgeon and I have been to a few who were just quick to dismiss my questions. By the looks of it everyone in her office is busy, but they managed to call me with my results very promptly. I would recommend coming to this office!

I can not say enough about how thankful I am to have found Dr. Terry Dunn. I was referred to her after two rather terrifying visits to an ER, where I was informed I was in need of a Urogynecologist immediately. At my first appointment I was quickly set at ease by her welcoming staff, professionalism, and knowledge of a condition that I knew nothing about. Sabrina St. Clair has been nothing short of amazing! She continues to go above and beyond to help me out, including after hours and weekends. My condition required significant surgical intervention, in combination with hormone replacement therapy pre and post op. I am currently 12 weeks post op and I am feeling better than I have in several years. I can not thank Dr. Dunn, her staff, and especially Sabrina for their excellent care during this difficult time. I would highly recommend Foothills Urogynecology to any woman who requires specialized care.

Initially I had a positive experience with Dr Dunn. I felt her bedside manner was good and staff was nice. Dr Dunn gave me my options and I made the choice I felt was best. I worked with her office team to schedule surgery and specifically asked how much I would be billed. The lady who handled insurance billing at the time told me that I would not be billed anything, that whatever my insurance didn't cover they would write off because I'm on Medicare. Well, turns out that isn't true and that lad

Nightmare experience for me. Communication is a huge problem, which in turn made me hate this office. Made me question Dr. Dunn's abilities. ie-- don't return calls, argued w/me (2 diff staff members), can't answer basic questions, presc supposedly sent to pharmacy didn't arrive (2x). No upfront physical exam--depended on the referring M.D.'s comments. While running bladder tests, RN inserted catheter without warning. No pre- or post-surgery contact, Not enough room here to write more.

Dr. Dunn and her staff are the BEST! Highly knowledgeable in her field and taking the time to inform you completely about your procedure are two of the reasons I would highly recommend Dr. Dunn. Her surgery and office staff help in easing your mind of any questions too.

Dr Dunn did her job and I am still pleased with the results almost 2 years later. My mid-range review is for the office staff that she employs. Despite being a current patient, when I tried to make an appt for an annual exam, I let the receptionist know I was now self-pay. She told me that Dr Dunn does not accept self-pay patients. I told her that I pay cash, in-full, ON the day of service (most providers LOVE this and offer discounts!) and she said nope. "Big mistake...huge!"
