I was a new patient coming to see dr baksh. My app was for 1 pm so I showed up at 1230 so I could fill out all the paper work I was done but 1240 so at 120 I was still waiting to be called. 130 I was called into the back room. The nurse was very rude and the only thing she said to me was ask g how tall I was. I tried to start a conversation with her and she just ignored me. I was expecting better customer service. Atleast just be professional. The staff just seemed to busy for new patients.

Everyone at Dr. Baksh's office is wonderful. Dee has gone out of her way to help me get everything together for a school program in a very short amount of time. Dr. Baksh has a great personality and bedside manner. I have been looking for a PCP in this area for a while and have finally found him. I would highly recommend Healthcall Primary Care.
