She announced she was retiring in a month, and it was obvious. Waited two months to be told I have macular degeneration, after her own optometrists told me my cataracts had bloomed and I needed surgery. She said I needed vitamins and smoothies, and refused to discuss surgery.

The staff are all courteous, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Dr.Winn is is fabulous.y husband and I both are patients of her's. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

i cannot say enough good about Dr. Winn and her staff both at Grene Vision and Team Surgery. I went to Dr. Winn for cataract removal. The organization and teamwork of she and her staff is phenomenal. Starting this process i was scared of course. These are my eyes!! I was quickly put at ease as all procedures were explained and the entire staff both at her office and surgery center were very professional and took time to be courteous and help you relax. They work together like a fine oiled machine. Charts were given each surgery so you could easily follow eye drop schedules. I am 73 and have never experienced a medical procedure that was so professional and personable. AND I CAN SEE!!!! THANK YOU TO DR. WINN AND HER TEAM!!!

Had cataract surgery and lens implant yesterday. So impressed with caring staff. My nurse anesthetist was outstanding and allayed my anxiety. Will do it again next month.

Wonderful experience with Dr Winn and her staff. I was suprised how much better I could see.

Dr. Winn and her staff are absolutely amazing. I am 45 years old and had a cataract in one eye. My vision was 20/400 in that eye with glasses. A week after surgery, I have 20/20 vision in that eye. I can see colors i haven't seen in years. I got the new trifocal implant and haven't been able to see this good since childhood. Being a younger cataract patient, this surgery has been absolutely life changing for me. Dr. Winn and her staff are so caring and professional. I was very anxious before the surgery and Dr. and staff were very reassuring and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The care I have received before and after the procedure has been phenomenal.

Dr. Winn recommended cataract surgery 4 years and every year since. I was reluctant, fearing need for glasses afterward. Only after failing Drivers Licence test I relented. What a change in my life....I did not realize I was so visually impaired. Dr. Winn and entire staff were GREAT. Only regret is not taking her advice sooner.

I previously wore contacts and Dr. Winn tested my eyes until my eyes adjusted and measurements were perfect for the correct lens implant. I have gone from everything looking brownish to bright vibrant colors, like a new set of eyes. What a great gift of sight Dr. Winn has given me.

Dr. Winn is a delight! Not only is she skilled in her tasks at removing cataracts, but she is also a joyful and uplifting person, encouraging patients that outcomes will be positive. I am so excited to see distance, brilliant colors, and dazzling white again!

Dr. Winn did my cataract surgery. She and her staff were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable before, during and after the surgeries. It was a life change event. To be able to see the beautiful colors and details that I had been missing is amazing. Walking around without glasses I feel that I no longer have a barrier between the world and me.

Being 23 and having to have cataract surgery was definitely something that was unexpected and nerve racking. When I met Dr. Winn and her head nurse they consulted with me about everything (why do I have this, what do we do, etc.). They were friendly and very accommodating to my needs and questions. She is very knowledgeable and I wish she could be my regular doctor for everything. You are in excellent hands with her.
