Amazing
Dr. Moncrief took time to explain to me like I am 6 yr old (a grown adult) so I can understand every step of the process. She explained the plan and end game to get me off meds and just shots. The back office staff are amazing. The ladies who "control" the shots have too much power. The new hires do not seen to understand that Poor air quality from the fires in Canada will affect asthma. They refused me shots and refused to talk to Dr. Moncrief. A call to the office revieled they should have proceeded.

Godsend!!!
We met Dr. Moncrief 10+ years ago for the care of our two children who experience severe allergies and eczema. We have had huge success in their treatment and they are now able to experience life to the fullest as we have their health issues under control. Dr. Moncrief is very compassionate and knowledgeable in the care of her patients.

Review of Dr T Moncrief
I have been going to allergists most of my life (I'm 79) and never could get any relief from my allergies until I was sent to Dr Moncrief. I have been going to her for several years. She not only is a terrific Doctor but a genuinely nice person. She is always on time and spends as much time with me that is needed depending on my problems. I never feel like she is rushed or trying to hurry me out of her office. Her great smile and attitude are reflected in her office staff. When I call to schedule an appointment if she is not available I am scheduled with a qualified member of her staff. If I question her about something she is not familiar with she researches the topic and finds out. I recommend Dr Moncrief to all my family and friends because I truly believe she is very knowledgeable in her field and if she can not help you with your problems she will send you to someone who can.

Never told us only 1 parent could attend the appt. w/ our infant daughter. Both my husband & I took off work & drove an hour separately, only to be told after we checked in. The consultation was overwhelming bc I was entertaining a very mobile 9 month old while listening about her food allergies for the first time - all by myself. It could've been done over the phone if they were really concerned about Covid. We waited 6 weeks to be seen, & have to wait another 6 weeks to go back for a skin test. Dr. Moncrief hadn't reviewed her blood results prior to the consultation. The office called days later telling us to try dairy and peanut. We tried dairy and she reacted. Dr. Moncrief never talked about an epi-pen, and I left frustrated that I didn't ask. The next day I received a text about an AUVI-Q prescription. Luckily I was aware that AUVI-Q was an epi-pen bc she gave no instruction. Office staff was rude when I called about it, bc we're a Sidney patient, not Centerville (happened 2x).

Dr. Moncrief is an excellent doctor, she is very personable and takes her time to make sure everyone understands what's going on. My 7 year old son is just in love with her, she defiantly has a good connection with the kids. I personally work for a pulmonologist but we don't see pediatrics So I am really glad my doctor recommended her!
