Terrible experience - Avoid
Met with him and he changed one my medications that I have been taking for years. I called back the same day and asked to prescribe my medication. His receptionist is the worst out there. First, she says she needs to talk to him. weeks go by and she says that she can ask him to change it. Another month go by and she says that I need to see him. almost 2 months since I saw him and I still don't have my prescription. Her story changes with the weather. I am a doctor myself so I know bad service when I see one.

His receptionist , Carla lied about pricing and availability, and would not give me an answer to how much I would be billed. Once I asked several times, she lied and told me Dr. Early told her that he would not take me as a patient. There are mistakes on the email, in the pdf patient packet, and on the website indicative of a poor office manager - truly a horrible experience.

Dr. Early is a gifted Psychiatrist, he does not have responsible consistent continuity of care because of poor inconsistent Office management. He does no scheduling himself and he relies on his wife Carla, and Secretary Matt. Matt does not return my calls or forward info to Dr. Early. The office does not manage prescriptions well. He is retiring and this problem seems to be compounding. For current patients, please find a new Psychiatrist right away. Find a practice with better systems in place for intake, follow up and with your schedule and prescription management. Billing has been so behind or non existent. I hope Dr Early isn’t losing money from the lack of billing patients for services rendered and incorrect billing.

Inept office staff to say the least. CHARMAINE should be fired, she is in the wrong business. Pacify and lie to your face, does not return phone messages, could care less if you tried for a week to get your prescriptions filled, This is a PSYCH office, people need to remain on a therapeutic dose of their medications along with caring and compassionate caregivers during treatment. Charmaine could care less... you are bothering her with your issues and she makes no qualms about letting you know, she doesn't care. Go elsewhere if you want to get your insurance worth. Nobody should have to fight so hard to get refills on medications they have been on for years. Does not do her job and is comfortable and seemingly happy to trigger the patients with her lying to them and blaming the pharmacy for the issues. Sorry, Pharmacies have a way of tracking their requests, I know exactly how many fax transmissions the pharmacy sent you that Charmaine Ignored for over a week! DO NOT GO TO THIS Clinic.

Dr. Early saved my life. I was VERY depressed and Dr. Early really took the time to get to know my situation and resolved the problem I had been having for years with a half dozen other Psychiatrists who could not help me. I am so very impressed and grateful to have a life that is now manageable.

Once you have met with Dr. Early, you will need to see no other psychiatrist. I have seen many and he is so far beyond the others in expertise and sheer humanity that it is laughable. He is far, far, ahead of his colleagues. Such a treasure, and a true healer. You are in good hands with him.

The woman, working at the front desk, with the short brown hair was completely obnoxious and inappropriate!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Dr. Early, all of the other doctor's I've seen have made my condition so much worse but Dr. Early is the first doctor to give me relief from horrific bipolar depression and mood swings. I don't have fits of rage or feel like I'm going to explode all the time anymore and the depression is so much easier to bear.
