I had been with Dr. Donohue for several years and always valued his opinion and treatment until 7/16/20. I saw him for dizziness, earache, nausea. He had his assistant use an electric tool (looked like a drill) to try to remove ear wax. She used this tool so aggressively in my right ear that I developed a very severe infection requiring treatment from an ENT, multiple antibiotics and eardrops and finally surgery. Total loss of hearing in right ear. I will not see him again.

Have to say my first visit to him was very good. Went through a complete assessment of my situation and prescribed different schedule of medicine. After having been with another doctor for several years the improvement was immediate and drastically much better. He was fair and straightforward, giving me the pros and cons of my previous treatment but also providing me with options going forward. Personable (considering the previous doctor could be said to have less than acceptable bed side manner, but that doesn't faze me much), it was just the general feeling he was listening rather than "half listening".

I first saw Dr. Donohue because I couldn't get an appointment to see my main PCP at the same office. He was attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained things in detail. Great visit! I came back for the followup. After waiting 75+ minutes, I explained how my condition and general health were worse off. The visit was brief (>10 min) with only a basic panel ordered. I doubt he remembered me, and I was rushed out the door because it was almost closing time. Not an experience I want to repeat

I seen Dr Donohue today because I had been ill and my regular PCP in the same office did not have an opening. This man was very professional and patient. He listen to all of my issues and made sure to speak into the computer about the visit as it went along, while still being respectful and pausing as I spoke. He did not rush the visit, Explaining what thought maybe causing my issues and being sure to listen and advise on what I felt was going on. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

My grandmother and aunt have been cared for by this doctor for years. This is the most compassionate, intelligent, and patient doctor I have ever known. Our family is blessed to have had Dr Donohue in our lives! By far the best in our town!!!

Went to this doctor for the first time to establish a doctor, the staff was so-so, some were nice and others weren't, the doctor asked all the basic questions but I felt like he wasn't really listening. He told me he'd call in a prescription to the pharmacy near me, I waited all day for the prescription and the doctor never called it in. It was a take everyday medicine that I needed to be on and had to wait even longer to get it. Less than impressed with the care of the office.
