She is an excellent healthcare provider. She always make sure that all your concerns are addressed and that questions have been answered before you leave the office. She takes time to assess and provide explanation to your health issues. She makes the appropriate referrals to specialists if needed. She does not fail to give you a copy of labs, visit summary etc every visit. She shows respect and compassionate care. I have never met a provider like her and I dread the time she retires because I don't think I'll ever find a great primary doctor like her!

Dr. Villasis has been my primary doctor since 1993. She's never too busy to take the time to explain anything I ask. Always gives me a hard copy with information about everything she's diagnosed, given me referrals to excellent specialists, worked with and consulted with them for my care, is exemplary in her profession! She's gone beyond being just a doctor. I dread her retiring because I don't believe I'll ever find another doctor who is as talented and wonderful. I'm honored to be one of her patients!

Dr. Villasis is a very caring individual. The problem is with the office. If your appointment is at 1 pm, you may be lucky to see her at 3pm. I don't know if this is due to overbooking or poor scheduling. Also, the office staff takes your insurance information every visit but they fail to pass that information on to billing. Three times my bill has been sent to the wrong insurance. What a pain in the A??
