Unprofessional staff
My appointment was at 4 and due to traffic I arrived at 3:55. My appointment was still canceled. Having a chronic illness and needing my monthly medication this cancellation was uncalled for! No empathy towards patients. Very unfortunate that this doctor allows her office manager to run her business. Look for another doctor with a staff that is more attentive to the needs of sick people.

Office Manager Unprofessional
The doctor has excellent communication and diagnostic skills. Unfortunately her office staff is lacking in communication and organizational skills. Scheduling is a nightmare. Several times when I called the office with questions for the doctor, these inquiries were not answered in a timely fashion if answered at all. The office manager became argumentative and belligerent when I brought up issues regarding the staff. The office staff needs customer service training, starting with the office manager.

The NP is very sweet, empathetic and listens. But wow the receptionists are not very nice. They could improve in that regard. It’s so difficult to get an appointment right away. It’s very nerve racking that I don’t have quick access to a doctor.

Disappointed
I had a bad experience with the personnel at her office. I waited four months to get an appointment to see her. A day before the appointment the receptionist called me and canceled my appointment due to the doctor being out of the office for the week of spring break. I was given a second appointment but until May. The doctor should be made aware of the little regard her office personnel have for new patients. Imagine if this had been a medical emergency??

Very smart and sweet doctor. If you have many symptoms I suggest to bring a binder with questions, etc.
