Dr. Witham is a great doctor but his secretary is terrible. Rude and not helpful. She keeps credit card numbers on file and charges without asking. She’s not helpful or kind. It’s unfortunate he keeps her on staff when she’s just terrible.

Completely lost interest in my daughter
Telehealth
My daughter has been seeing Dr Witham for 14 years for ADHD and anxiety. His secretary, Sally (?) has always been bad with regard to returning calls. Especially after my daughter turned 18 and I was no longer involved. Recently the pharmacy told my daughter they couldn’t fill her prescription until December (it’s September) since ADHD meds are on back order. My daughter has called his office repeatedly leaving messages in an attempt to work out a solution, and her calls have been ignored. Today, after calling over and over again Sally finally responded saying said the Dr would call in a different dosage. The pharmacy never received the new script. This happens repeatedly. Either Sally is completely inept or she’s got a personal issue. Either way this is abhorrent patient care, especially for a psychiatrist’s office!!

Misdiagnosed
I was a patient over 10 years ago as a child. He diagnosed me with a mood disorder and clarified it as bipolar disorder. Only to find out 10 years later I’m actually autistic and have adhd. My “mania” was just autistic meltdowns. If he diagnosed you I’d get a second opinion.

Your cheating your child if you don’t chose Dr.W
He was so gentle, caring , and understanding with my autistic son. He has been so patient and he actually listens!! Dont cheat your child out of a great doctor/patient relationship!! You wont be disappointed!!

Dr. Witham has been treating my son for quite a few years now and has been absolutely instrumental in getting him the meds and support he needs to combat his ADHD. He takes the time to listen and ensures that we understand everything. After trying a few other doctors we were so glad to of found Dr. Witham!

Doctor Witham is very good at making my 12 year old comfortable he speaks frankly to her and always lets her ask any questions she has. The Office environment is awesome.
