Dr. Terence Schumpert, MD

I had a shoulder MRI and it came back with his radiology report of a knee!!! A knee!!!!

I went to Open MRI of Yorktown on September 11, 2020 for an MRI of my left shoulder, and comparison of current MRI with a six-month-old MRI. The staff at the site tried to help me as much as they can. But radiology report was very poorly written and in his initial report radiologist Dr. Terence Schumpert, MD did not include any comparison. After several phone calls and reminders from his staff, Dr. Schumpert wrote only two vague lines in a comparative report that too without his name and date. He gave such a blurry report to his staff using email, he did not use medical record reporting procedure because he did not spent time to prepare an authentic comparative report. Date on the report was hand written by the MRI technician (who was also upset when she saw this report). It has severely down-graded practice of medicine by his organization. (can I attach report here? how?) Do not go to this place if you want a qualified radiologist to review your MRI images and prepare a report.
