My son loved Dr. Terrance McDonald. I appreciated Dr. Cynthia McDonald's care. The office staff were wonderful. Appointments were available at my convenience and wait times were reasonable. But their billing depart is the WORST. i received my first bill in March 2020 (the beginning of COVID), i tried for several months to pay the bill, but never received a call back and put it aside. Finally they called me 15 months later - AFTER they send it to collections. Why couldn't they respond to my dozen phone calls or call me before it went collections. It is unfortunate that my son will have to find a new podiatrist.

I have been seeing Dr. McDonald for over 10 years. He takes his time and listens to my concerns. He does not jump at recommending surgery right off. I have a couple of hammertoes that I hate. His response was if they don't hurt you, adapt your footwear. Great staff too!

My visit to Dr McDonald was a great experience. I was seen quickly and the staff was very pleasant. The Doctor took care of the problem and also took the time to explain to me my condition, causes and short and long term (if required) treatment options. I would recommend Dr McDonald to anyone.
