Doesn't return important calls
I had my mother s few days later than expected I called his office for two days more meds for my 86 year old mom, he never returned my call nor prescribed her anything. I had to take her to urgent care which was a lot of extra time when all he had to do is call it in.. his nurse Jennifer wouldn't ask him to prescribe mom any zrtec or nasal spray for her allergies while here. Very non caring people. He's got her on a medication that causes her to scratch and itch she's raw and he doesn't notice!!!!!
