He was completely out of touch with family and nurses when my dad was in the rehab hospital. No one could get ahold of him. Very frustrating man to work with. My dad was just a paycheck for him. What a scam. Still waiting on him to send complete medical records. I'm going to report him as soon as I have time. I hear he is retiring. 10 years too late.

Dr. Kentro has been my Mother's and my personal physician. He listens to his patients, is intuitive and has a wealth of experience in his practice of medicine. I found him to be trustworthy and concerned on behalf of his patients. Couldn't want a better physician.

Once I came with a list to be sure I wouldn't forget anything. He said, "Well, hurry up. We're running behind." At my last visit, Dr. Kentro denied having said anything about not having tests at a previous visit. He began arguing with me. After I said I didn't want to argue, he said, "I'm going to argue about it because I would never say that to a patient." He then took a phone call. I left his office then. I was a patient for 8-10 yrs and saw him about 2 times a year. I'm finding a new doctor.
