I throughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Chiware on Tuesday. Dr. Chiware was professional, friendly, kind, supportive, informative and provided detailed information on my chances of conceiving. The ironic part is that I was pregnant and didn't know!! It was a shock and blessing. Thank you Dr. Chiware and the front desk for being kind and patient. I will recommend her to anyone who is interested in seeing a kind, professional.

Though I had to move from IUI to IVF, I had a good experience with Dr. Chiware. She takes time to explain everything and the process and includes recommendations. She listens and answers any questions you may have. I’ve never had a feeling that I was rushed during my appointments.

Dr. Chiware was so attentive and responsive. She listened to my questions and encouraged me to do my own research so we could discuss lingering questions or concerns. Dr. Chiware demonstrated care when it was time to deliver painful news, and was optimistic about our ultimate outcome - even felt like a cheerleader at times. I've recommended her to friends hoping to expand their families, and definitely recommend her to you.

I wish I could give zero stars! Worst experience I ever had. 3 iui and ivf done with 3 transfers that’s all failed! With no answers why it failed. Just I’m sorry. (Self paying/ no payment plans) they told me to come back when I would like to repeat the process. So I finally listened to my family and went somewhere else to get a second opinion to find out they were not scheduling at the rite time. I’m 30 years old and a healthy female. My new office/new doctor not only went above and beyond. I’m pregnant on my First IuI. GenesiS & Dr chiware we’re NOT timing anything rite. The nice part with my new Dr he seen me every visit(not a nurse) At genesis they have sonogram techs and nurses doing everything. I’m writing this review to hopefully save other families time and money! And most important heart breaks! There billing office is not willing to work with anyone or work hard on prior authorization for you insurance to cover anything. Seen dr chiware 3 times out of 1 & half.

I am a patient of Dr. Thandie Chiware and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a reproductive endocrinologist. I found Dr. Chiware to be the perfect combination of both realist and optimist, and appreciate her sensitive yet honest approach. When undergoing IVF you as a patient quickly become a “quasi expert” in your mind. You read everything possible, study up on the process, research the drugs/injectables, join IVF groups, pose questions to other IVF patients, follow leading experts in the field on social media. Your life becomes a hotbed of IVF research and conversations, and then the planning begins. Now what’s that old adage about making plans…”we make plans and God laughs”, well God must have had the heartiest of belly laughs with me, as nothing turned out as I anticipated, and we had to pivot and quickly. My saving grace, my sanity in the midst of the insanity was one Dr. Thandie Chiware. She is the consummate professional, yet she still feels warm and approachable.

Dr. Chiware was informative and knowledgeable while also taking time and care to listen to all my concerns, fears, and redundant questions. My partner and I felt supported each step of our process. We highly recommend Dr. Chiware and Genesis Fetility for anyone looking for answers for their questions and/or help in the path toward pregnancy.

Excellent doctor.

I was given information about Dr. Chiware from my insurance company, but read the online reviews for her and decided to take a chance based on those reviews. I am very particular about my care, and assess many different providers before I make my choice. I am also not beyond changing my mind if the interactions and experience are not pleasing. So with that said. Dr. Chiware, her secretary, and one of the nurses in particular have been amazing. Very supportive and understanding with my experience and what I was going through. They tried their best to accommodate, AND they listened and were VERY supportive. My husband was also impressed with her and wanted me to stay with her throughout, although you can't right, because they're REs and don't deliver. Listen to her, ask questions, let them know how you feel. Be ready to engage in this partnership. All the best.

Today my retrieval got cancelled and I was distraught. Dr Chiware was compassionate explained throughly to me what happened and what we will do next. It’s was unfortunate how I had to meet her under the circumstances but feel much better that I did. Genesis staff on whole has been very caring and glad I chose this facility.

I have officially graduated from genesis and couldn't be happier with my treatment. From the friendly receptionists at the front desk, who always knew my name, to the gentle women taking my blood, even in stressful moments, I had a pleasant experience. I have seen every doctor in Genesis and have loved them all. Dr. Chiware had big shoes to fill when replacing Dr. Kulak and she lived up to expectations AND exceeded them. She listened to all of my questions and was very patient with me. I am grateful to have been recommended to Genesis Fertility.
