25 Years....
I'm fairly sure I've been seeing Dr. Glascock for 25 years. Over the years my wife, both daughters, and my mother-in-law have also become her patients. My wife has been a nurse for decades, and they all know who the docs to avoid are. Her office took a hit -like every business everywhere- around Covid. Just make the extra phone call to make sure the referral appointment is in progress, or the refill is in the works, etc. Even with that said, she's the best doc in town.

I am trying to be confirmed as a NEW Patient. I have provided a list of medications that I am on. All of the medications on that list except for two are provided by two other doctors. However, I received a call denying my request due to the number of medications. I attempted to explain, but to no fault of the nurse on the phone, she was just relaying the message. I believe that for denial, should be given personally by the doctor or her PA, so if there is any questions or explanations that need to be given that information is given not through a 3rd person. PLEASE HELP.

Dr. Glasscock is very concientious. She truly worries about her patients and wants the best for them. *She does not prescribe narcotics, so don't be upset when she refuses. It is simply her poliicy. (Laws and Ins.companies keep making it more and more difficult to treat patients individual needs.) She is very thorough and will consider your entire medical history, not just the current issue.

You cannot find a more caring doctor than Dr. Glasscock. I also love her PA, Mrs. Jones. They are knowledgeable and skilled. HOWEVER, I have been disappointed in the last couple of years because I believe that they are having difficulty managing things. It takes forever for referrals to specialists that they feel are necessary for you to see. This is a pretty new problem for them. Nevertheless, I still think that Dr. Glasscock and her PA are extremely competent at what they do.

Bad for patient profiling. Prescribes medicine and then becomes an act of Congress when it's time to refill to get them to send it in. Very difficult to work with. Will tell you they're on it one phone call and you'll find yourself waiting until after closing hours on something that's not going to happen. Kept out of the loop and guessing constantly.
