Dr. Puckett was recommended to me by a good friend who has gone to him for years. It had been almost 7 years since I had my eyes checked, and wanted to go to someone who I knew had a really good reputation. Dr. Puckett was it! He was punctual, thorough, personable, attentive, and answered all of my questions in detail. I was pleased with him, his friendly staff, and the office efficiency.

Thank you so much for what you do. Thank you so much for your attention to my eye problem. My eye's will be much better off thanks to you expertise. Plaese reconsider your Ideas about retiring. You and you spouse deserve a June week in Hawaii. You and you wife deserve a week in Papano Beach Florida in Dec for a swim in the ocean. You and your spouse deserve and I do hope you take the time to spend some time in Tampa Clearwater Florida during the winter. You have worked hard and deserve to retire

Dr. Puckett is a good Doctor but the office is outdated. I was told they do not have email. I wanted to scan my insurance card and email it to them so they could print it out and have it on file but they do not have email. I drove about 10 miles to my appointment and could not be seen because no email. Also my eyes changed and I needed my contacts updated but they were never correct. The new contacts would not allow me to see well close up or at a distance. I plan to find another doctor.
