Great staff ! Doctor is Great !

Horrible! I made an appt. for a physical. I showed up 20 minutes early for paperwork, and the receptionist told me that I was supposed to have a packet filled out the size of the phone directory, which included medical history, family history. Although I was a brand new patient, the clinic already had that info from my previous doctor who had left the practice to relocate to another city. No one ever gave me a packet or said there was even such a thing as a packet. I had already fasted for a day and a half, and took off work early, but at this inept woman's insistence I rescheduled for the following week. Again fasted. Again took off work early. I come in early-paperwork complete, hand it to her and take my seat. She calls on me and told me I got there too late and would have to reschedule. She had called me the day before to confirm the apt at 10AM. I was there at 9:40AM. She told me it was a recording. She lied. My wife answered the phone and told her she would need to talk to me.

I have been a patient of Dr Snodgraa for many years. I always appreciate how fast the and the staff are able to work me in for urgent visits, avoiding unnecessary ER visits that way. He always takes time to listen to each patient and demonstrates compassion, caring, and knowledge in every interaction.

Husband has had issues for going on a yr now. Turns out all the symptoms lead to type 2 diabetes. Wish drs would listen to their patients more.... my husband had been complaining for over a year that something wasn't right.

This man should not be practicing medicine at all, he was completely rude and unprofessional. He did not let me speak at all when I was being seen. He also blamed me for a health condition that I had no knowledge of how it was caused or anything else about it. He then proceeded to prescribe me medications that did not work, I am still in the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. He should not even be allowed to give out Band-Aids at the free clinic.
