Good visit
Amount of time waiting was short, which is always a plus. Dr Scruggs had reviewed my records, and recommended a couple of options. He also explained why he would suggest one over the other. He was knowledgeable about my condition, gave thorough explanations, and answered my questions.

The doctor listens and values your input
I am a retired surgeon so when providing feedback I tend to be critical in some ways and understanding in others. The most important thing I can say is that Dr. Scruggs doesn’t talk over you. Some physicians don’t value the patients view because they believe they know better. Dr. Scruggs bases his treatment upon both objective and subjective criteria-much coming from the patient. I will be undergoing epidural injections in my lumbar spine and though I have yet to proceed I am comfortable with Sr. Scruggs.
