Dr. Taylor Roach, DO

Doesn’t take concerns of patient serious, lists of reasons a-z why what you’re explaining isn’t the issue. Instead of figuring out what else could be going on. Sparks an attitude and almost becomes snotty when you are trying to explain a concern to her. Lack of listening or just caring about what is being said to her. Fails to fill medications when she changes the dosage, and doesn’t reach out when blood work results are back. Overall rude doctor.

Office does not enforce social distancing and mask requirements for all patients despite multiple signs being present. I felt uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room with individuals who were not masked in a medical facility. When I informed the receptionist that I would wait in my car because I felt uncomfortable and refused to sit amongst unmasked people, I was told my approach in informing these individuals that masking was required was inappropriate. The receptionist did not hear the exchange of the patients ridiculing me for my mask wearing or the social distancing signs stating it “was all BS and a hoax & they had the right to do as they please.” If this is how they approach the spread of infectious disease, I question how they maintain their office environment to ensure the safety of all. Despite Dr Roach being an excellent doctor, I will be seeking another provider whose staff comply with and enforce disease mitigation.

Was concerned of my well being. Took time to answer all my questions and concern. Made me comfortable and educated me with all my health issues.

Dr. Roach is an amazing doctor. She not only listens to her patients, but she hears them. She has been nothing except kind, compassionate, caring, and extremely helpful. She has gone above and beyond to try to help me with my current health issues and I feel I am safe in her care. She takes the time with her patients, is truly invested in the well-being of her patients. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about their patients, who takes the time to address all of your concerns, Dr. Roach is the one to see! Thank you Dr. Roach for all you do!

cannot get ahold of anyone one in this office since thursday,may lose me over this!
