Zero bed side manners. Went in to get a pilonadil cyst drained, told her I faint easily... well I fainted after just the numbing shot. She wasn’t concerned of my pain, my boyfriend watched her get impatient with my responses after the fainting and continued with the procedure barely concerned with me. And after I sweated out I asked Dr Martin twice for blankets and she left me to freeze. No one offered me water no one asked if I was okay... they just discharged me. No one told me how to care for my cut and if it wasn’t for my nurse offering me a pad for the drain- all Dr Martin did was stick a bandaid on a draining wound. I would’ve leaked all over myself. I left the ER light headed and traumatized, my partner had to go to the Walgreens to get me fluids.... If you want a quick procedure with no compassion, she’s your doctor. Very disappointed in AdventHealth ruining Florida Hospital. How dare you have the same Jesus paintings with none of His care? I’m appalled.
