I went to Dr. Vilceuse couple of times while she was practicing at Santa Rosa Medical Center in 2018 and was truly satisfied with her performance. She took care of my problems in best manner in both medical and personal standpoint. Sadly, I discovered that she moved away and no longer can be my GYN doctor. I really miss her and not looking forward to search for another one...

When it came time to delivery and preparing for delivery she did not help me prepare or let me know her process. I had to ask every little thing otherwise iI would have walked in and she would have said it's everything okay?... then just walk out if i said yes. Thank God i had things written down. If you don't ask she isn't going to tell or explain anything. Her staff does not talk. They take your blood pressure and sit you in a room. The worst part. They scheduled my post partum appointment at 7 weeks post partum and since they don't have a"code" for insurance they won't see me unless I self pay. When im a week after having a child i thought they would have scheduled me correctly. They called me the day before appointment telling me that I can't come to my post partum appointment because They scheduled me wrong. lt's their job... I'm completely not happy with my experience with this doctor or the office. The front office lady was so very sweet though. Icantbeseen&needtobe

I started seeing Dr. Vilceus last year and have been exceptionally pleased. She takes time and listens. She has great bedside manner. She cares about her patients and it shows during the visit. Even her office staff is pleasant. In my experience that’s usually hard to find; usually, dry but professional is the best I’ve come across at other offices. Im glad I was able to find Dr. Vilceus and plan to have her as my doctor for many years to come.

Dr. Vilceus is, hands down, the best doctor I have ever seen. She is incredibly intelligent and up to date with her practice, as well as kind and personable. I can easily talk to her about anything and she never has a problem explaining things. She always makes you feel like you are her top priority. My only complaint is that she isn't my general doctor for everything!
