Doctor Sanses is one of the best have ever met,she educate us about the robotic surgery let us know the advantages and disadvantages, she's also humble and did a great job. Thanks again and to ur team Elizabeth and Trisha I give kudos for all ur effort in giving my mom ur best .

Dr. Tatiana Sanses is an outstanding physician in the field of Gynecology and Urology. I have suffered for over 8 years with issues. I kept getting referred from doctors to different specialist all over the DMV area. Dr. Sanses was the 1st doctor to stop and listen to my extensive health history. The doctor ran test that all the other doctors neglected to research as even being possibilities. The doctor and her staff were extremely cautious with my treatment because of me having Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. Dr. Sanses advised me she would exhaust every option necessary before performing surgeries or prescribing medications when possible. Which was extremely comforting. Dr. Sanses introduce Physical Therapy and New Medical Technology Treatment options. Which gave me back freedoms that I have not had in years! She has a very relaxed, warm friendly & open professional bedside manner and is optimistic and insightful. Which was awesome for me because I asked a ton of questions

I’m a 30 year old woman who has struggled with issues of urgency for literally as long as I can remember. Every time I’d discuss it with a doctor they’d either tell me it was in my head or that nothing could be done. When I came to see Dr. Sanses for issues including pain, she quickly realized that my gynecological issues were related to a nervous system issue I’ve also struggled with for years. She recommended testing, treatment, and PT to address my health concerns. When I came to doctor Sanses I rated my issue as a 10 out of 10 and after a few months of working with her, I’m down to a 3 or 4. This has COMPLETELY changed the quality of my life and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Sanses or her team highly enough. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

My experience with Dr. Sanses was wonderful. She was considerate, supportive and attentive to my contributions regarding my care. I am someone that is proactive in healthcare. Dr. Sanses partnered with me from diagnosis to post-OP care. I am very appreciative of her time and attention to me as a patient and a person.

She is excellent in every facet of her care. Is a champion of women's health needs. and treating women with dignity and compassion. Wonderful surgeon and is very involved in current grant based research in her field. Too bad University of Maryland couldnt keep her in the fold. Now another institution will benefit from having her name associated with them...

Dr. Sanses is the Doctor that my PCP called for me to be seen emergent. She brought me in, direct admitted me, the very next day she lead her team in a lifesaving surgery. The surgery was completely unexpected. Dr. Sanses was not in house at the time of the emergency. She called me as I was being prepped for surgery and told me she was on her way and she would be there. She was there within minutes. She spoke to my husband, my parents. I could not recommend a better surgeon.

Dr. Sanses is a great doctor who practically returned my mom back to life. My mom had suffered so much up until was finally seen and diagnosed by Dr. Sanses. It was painful to watch how much she had suffered. But, not anymore thanks to Dr. Sanses! We all appreciate her help very much. Thank you!
