After waiting 1 1/2 hours they told me they had two patients ahead of me and for me to go to lunch and come back at 1 o’clock. I told them I had to be taken right away at 1:00. When I got back at 1 o’clock, they told me again there were two patients ahead of me. I waited until 1:45 and then had to leave to pick up my kindergartner. never being seen by the doctor. It cost me my entire day, I had to buy lunch and pay parking two times. There was no apology or anything and there was no one in the waiting room.

Dr. Mahmood is an excellent and caring physician. Years ago I saw him for a second opinion and he spent much more time with me than my own oncologist. Explains everything and willing to answer all your questions. Interested in overall health as well. I don’t mind waiting because I know he is giving each patient his undivided attention.

My father was a patient of Dr. Mahmood for some blood issues. My father passed away a few years ago, of a heart issue at 86, but I have always wanted to thank Dr. Mahmood for his great care and attention he gave to my father Siegfried. If I am ever in need of medical care that requires Dr. Mahmood's specialty, I will not hesitate to contact this amazing doctor. Very rare these days.

Dr. Mahmood is a very compassionate and caring oncologist, that returns phone calls and consults with other specialist for my rare type of cancer. My other oncologist mentioned his prompt communication with emails and phone calls. I am blessed to have found such a caring, knowledgable, and accessible physician. I have started my immunotherapy/ low dose chemo. His infusion center has private rooms for each patient with sliding doors, flat screen tv, and room for 3 visitors with privacy!!!!

I love him! Every health professional who saw that he was my oncologist told me I had the best. He answers every question my family had. He initially stayed after hours to see us for our 1st appointment after seeing how serious my condition was (stage 4 breast cancer). He was able to quickly come up with the solutions to some rare side effects that I had. His office isn't the best at returning calls and you will wait for him, but he dedicates a lot of time to you. He saved my life!

I had extensive blood work done to see if I had cancer in my kidney. I waited for 1 1/2 weeks for a call from Mahmood but never received a call with the results so I called Dr. Mahmood. A message was left for him to call me. NEVER received a call after a week. Called again & spoke with an assistant who couldn't give me results because the blood work was so extensive so Dr. Mahmood would have to call me. NO call from Dr. Mahmood after a month. NOT the kind of DR. or PERSON who can be trusted.

It took me awhile to warm-up to Dr. Mahmood but now I'm very comfortable with him and he has gained my complete trust. He is treating me for breast cancer but is also interested in my overall health and does not hesitate to treat me for other issues. He listens carefully to my complaints and makes me feel like I am participating in my health decisions. He's a very busy doctor but it 's worth the wait to see him.

I don't understand how this guy got a four star rating. My husband had stage IV lung cancer when he first saw the doctor. The doctor made it appear he had a good chance of survival. I was with him at at the appointment, and I even believed him until I found out that only 1% of people with stage IV lung cancer survive. He would not tell my husband he had no chance of survival. I was the one who had to tell him he was going to die. We also arrived early and had a three hour wait. Go elsewhere!
