Mental health should be taken serious

Unfortunately , I don’t think my concerns were taken serious. I cried after both visits. I guess only I know the severity of my condition. Just hoping nothing harmful happens to me. It’s hard when doctors don’t understand the mental issues you are dealing with. It leaves you hopeless. Recent doctors have continued to give me medication which has negatively affected my work performance. I understand it takes time for medication to work. However, I can’t properly take them because it affects my work. At this point I have given up. The visits & medication only made it worse. I don’t understand why doctors do not give you time from work to adjust to medications. That is what the benefits are for instead I now have to quit my job tomorrow, so that I can properly take the medications and get better. That’s the only thing I can think of because I am not being heard. I just gave up I never want to go to a doctor again regarding my mental health and I never will. Totally have just given up
