I went into Urgent care with shortness of breath and wheezing. She was my attendant and took the situation very seriously- giving instructions to help me get recovered and printed about 4 pages of materials and guides for the diagnosed walking pnemonia. She made sure I received all medical necessities, gave thorough instructions on medicine use, and administered medicine to breath to help me be able to breathe immediately

Investigation or Interrogation?
I went to her for an urgent care visit and while she did what she needed to, the whole thing was rushed and only added to my anxiety about the situation. She seemed constantly frustrated that I wasn't able to keep up with her pace or level of knowledge when I wasn't able to give exact dates. She said I was being a difficult historian, but her attitude just kept making me freeze up at inopportune moments. She helped me understand what was going on and for that I'm grateful, but you wouldn't be able to see her if you have reservations/anxiety about the medical field, or need a good, constructive bedside manner. She could have gotten the same amount of work done had she slowed down and worked with me, not against me.

Saw her yesterday with my mom while we were looking at my mother's leg I touched her shoulder and she freaked out yelling at me for touching her. I couldn't believe it nor did I understand. I apologized and she ended up throwing her hands up and leaving the room. It was the worst experience I've ever had and my mom was actually very shook up about it and we left. There is definitely something wrong with her. Even my mom told me in the car please don't ever take me back there. She was totally unprofessional and rude!!

She was curt, condescending, made me parade around in my underwear in front of her and then misdiagnosed my tailbone issue. She acted put out that I was even there and told me I was fine. It turned out I had a cyst and that's why I was in so much pain. The front desk staff was smirking and bothered by patients, the office was old and rickety with an elevator that seemed like it hadn't been serviced in 20 years. It was the worst doctor experience I've ever had. Ever.
