Long time patient and have noticed a decline in quality of care. Some of it I attribute to Sturdy and how they operate..Much on Dr. Nolan. she is too concerned with pushing meds, and being able to bill for appt, and move on to next patient. Several years of complaining was not only ignored, but blamed on me for non-compliance. Try this med instead, when further blood work would have shown a complete misdiagnosis. The new team I work with were in shock that it was ignored. Find someone else.

Dismissive, no time
So rude. After a brief exam I found unhelpful, I brought up an additional health concern and she said there was no time for that, I can make another appt. She didn’t give any suggestion our appt was up, she just walked out of the room and when I followed her she shut the door in my face. After reading these reviews, I’m not surprised.

Horrible experience
My experience on 8/11/22 with Dr. Nolan was awful. She was rude and told me she did not have time to hear about any other issues I may be having other than the one I requested an appointment for. She said "I dont have time to play catch up on other issues today". She has no bedside manner what so ever! I was told she has many complaints about how rude she is and it amazes me she is still able to practice at this location. I do not reccomend her and today I was able to switch my primary care dr after I left my appointed with her in tears! The staff there was able to suggest someone that actually cares about her patients!

Unprofessional
Never met her. She cancelled on me two times. Once when I was in the office at 7:45 AM and the next time at 7 AM via phone. Switching doctors.

Unhelpful/uninterested
Called my PCP office to schedule a sick visit/appointment due to an illness. My PCP was unavailable and I was told I could see another provider in the practice but later I was told I could not have in person appointment at the practice because of “Covid-19 like symptoms” and I was offered a phone visit with this provider. The doctor refused to write a sick note for my employer when I requested, was uninterested in looking into any other causes for the illness other than COVID, and a appointment for a Covid-19 PCR swap was made at Sturdy Hospital, but of the hospital was unable to make a testing appointment since Mondays the testing center has a “half day.” So a testing appointment was schedule for Tuesday. Worst patient care experience. Shocked that I will be billed as no provider or staff member actually did a single thing other than order a test that I could find in the community myself. Will be finding another primary care provider and avoid the Sturdy network in general.

I love Dr. Nolan! I don't understand why she has so many negative reviews. Maybe our personalities just mesh well??? I find her to be extremely knowledgeable and competent.

Dr. Nolan was the only physician that listened, asked questions no one else had and believed me when I mentioned my symptoms.

Just like the reviews say. Rude, condescending and makes you feel stupid. I have been having some serious health concerns and she did not seem to care or want to help. Very smug. When brought up severe anxiety issues (been to the ER few times this week alone) made me feel like I was ridiculous for even going. Would not recommend her to anyone. Switched my pcp today and regret not doing that sooner. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Cannot stand her horrible attitude towards a patient. Just plain rude can't get a normal conversation with her about health. And her use of pharmaceuticals was harmful and illsuited to me.

Great dr, can diagnose a significant issue, but only if you’re the perfect perfect patient. Prioritizes the next patient in line. Requires a separate visit for each concern (multiple trips vs a further pcp who can handle everything in one annual exam). Argumentative and makes assumptions, prescribing/encouraging medication such as vitamin d without a blood test, without asking if maybe the patient consumes enough vitamin d naturally as dermatologists recommend, all of which can result in misdiagnoses as well as side effects of unnecessary medicine. It’s important to have a pcp who you can feel comfortable opening up to medically, and brainstorming and discussing your concerns, not someone who you feel the need to hide medical concerns and be as quick and quiet as possible so as not to risk getting attitude. We may be the patients but this dr needs more patience.

Dr Nolan is terrible. Doesn’t care and doesn’t take time to understand basic issues and help her patients. I am very disappointed with our decision to switch over and will be finding someone quickly. Beware, very poor.

Dr. Nolan is very condescending and rude. Does not take the time to understand the patient's condition. Also, there is no way to get in touch with her over the phone. Nurse practitioner handles all calls and refuses to allow patient to talk to the doctor. Very lousy practice.

I was referred to Dr. Nolan by Sturdy Memorials referral service as i needed a new PCP in my area. The good: Friendly office staff and a very short wait time. The bad: I discovered the reason the reason why the wait times were so short. Condescending and a gruff answer to simple questions about healthcare concerns... on the first visit. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed and will gladly travel the 40 miles or so to visit someone else instead.

Dr. Nolan was condescending and rude. As a new patient she tried to change my medication on the first visit without even reading my file. She actually acted as if it was my fault that she hadn't read the file. When I told her about concerns that my pervious doctor had she brushed them aside. My second visit with Dr. Nolan was cancelled for no reason. When I told the office staff that I would not be rescheduling they didn't ask why. I can not give one positive about visit with Dr. Nolan.
