The front desk staff are atrociously rude!
I have been a patient of Dr Mangat’s for well over a decade now. I don’t care for his lack of compassion or any cognitive therapy at all, yet I stay because he is familiar and has kept me “ sound” somewhat over the years. His staff(2) are so rude on the phone. One won’t let you finish a sentence and one gets frustrated easily and hung up on me once. As the faces of a sensitive work place, they should smile, seem pleasant. You are there at your Rawest and most Vulnerable. How hard is it to walk into an office that smells like vanilla and staff that look like they like people?

Excellent physician
Dr Manget has been my physician for 9 years. He has helped me with my bi-polar condition and I’ve been on an even keel for years. The only reason I am not seeing him anymore is because we have moved more than an hour away. Hoping my new Dr is as good.

I have been seeing Dr. Mangat for a little over 2 years. He has always been incredibly attentive and compassionate to my needs. He is very easy to talk to and exceedingly knowledgeable about the condition I see him for. I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone.

Dr Mangat visited my daughter and diagnosed her with bipolar. He prescribed a medicine to go with her lexapro. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because it conflicted with the lexapro. She called him. Now, 4 days later, he still hasn't returned the call.
