Great!!!
I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Kemp, the entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. She was friendly and efficient, and was not only extremely knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns!! The work she did was top notch!!!!

On the fence
My child had all 4 wisdom teeth out. Procedure went well- no issues there.My issue is with a comment Dr Kemp made upon our initial consultation where she stated she would have to take an ebonics course if she ever went back to college. We dismissed it at the time but the day of the procedure, the doctor stated to my child that sometimes she has to go all 'hood' on her kids- this was said after I left the room. I'm not sure what her intentions were, but if they were to make my child feel uncomfortable and self- conscious, then she succeeded.Again, on the fence because she's great as a surgeon but the other part really has me wondering.

Dr. Tara Halliwell-Kemp is an excellent oral surgeon! We went to Dr. Tara 3 times and she was fantastic! We took our daughter in for her wisdom teeth that had to be surgically removed. Then our other daughter had TMJ & we wondered if it was her wisdom teeth. They weren’t causing the pain, we appreciated Dr. Tara’s professional opinion & honesty that we actually didn’t need surgery for her at that time & lastly we took my Mom to have 8-9 teeth removed recently & Dr. Tara and staff were awesome!

The dental surgeon did a good job. The staff is nice. The communication was a complete disaster. Terrible. I called over and over to get a simple answer. Calls not returned. I worked a month to get proper sedation for my husband and he ended up getting something (oral) that didn't help much, but cost us $385. Never ever again!
