I had an upper blepharoplasty done by Dr. Goecks 4 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The results are exactly as expected... my eyelids don't lay on my lashes anymore! :) The surgery was quick and painless. I would trust Dr. Goecks with any procedure and she and her staff are the kindest around!

Tara was the worst, just really short and rude for no reason. I left the office in tears because she was soo demeaning.

Everyone up to this point were very helpful in getting me established as a new patient. My regular eye doctor recommended Dr. Goecks, so I was confident she would be the best in the valley. I found her very professional in our consultation. She told me what to expect and ask if we had a questions for her. Dr. Goecks repaired one of my eyelids after Mohs surgery and it looks great! She was friendly to talk to and her admin staff was very thorough on providing me with everything I needed to know before and after the surgery.

At the recommendation of my ENT doctor, I was referred to Dr. Tara Goecks because of her expertise in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery to repair damage from Orbital Compartment Syndrome during nasal surgery that left my lower eyelid ‘drooping’. I live on the Western Slope of Colorado and after an initial consultation with Dr. Goecks in Grand Junction, surgery was recommended to repair the area around my eye and close the right, lower eyelid. I agreed, and the surgery was performed in Grand Junction in September, 2023. The surgery was a great success and I can’t even tell that there was ever a problem. The area around my right eye is finally closed up and back to normal with no noticeable effects!!I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Goecks for anyone that has a need for this type of specialized plastic surgery! She provides a much needed service for the Western Slope of Colorado as well as out of her practice in Evergreen!

From the first visit, thru surgery and follow up, Dr Goecks was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, caring and most importantly, surgically skilled. Dr Tara Goecks made everything so easy from scheduling to surgery to follow up. She repaired my right lower eyelid from a Mohs surgery removal of skin cancer. The surgery and healing was flawless and healed without a trace of any surgery. I would rate her a solid 10 on professionalism and personality. Dr Goecks repaired the drains in my eyes. She exudes confidence and knowledge, which I don't know about the rest of you, but that's something I really want to see in someone who is about to stick needles and knives in my eyes. I have been to several doctors in the last couple years for my watery eyes with no success from any of them, she had me fixed in an hour. She and her staff are also very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Goecks is not only a talented surgeon, she's also incredibly easy to work with. She has taken the time to answer any questions I've had (and there have been several in my case), and make sure I understood the process of what was being done and why. I trust her implicitly and am especially pleased that she works closely with my cornea specialist.

I am extremely satisfied with the surgical process and outcome thanks to Dr. Goecks. After years of distorted vision and pressure on my eyes from my forehead dropping and lids drooping, Dr. Goecks had a solution. I felt heard and confident in her skills immediately. She is very approachable and caring. Just 2.5 weeks post surgery my vision is so much better and that scowling, angry look I had as my brows dropped so low is gone! Despite a bit of diminishing bruising and swelling I look natural. My eyes are pretty again. And the distorted vision that also impacted my balance is gone leaving me confident that I can hike again. Her staff were very helpful in getting everything arranged and answering questions. They had handouts prepared on what to do pre and post surgery that were very helpful answering most if not all of my questions. I referred to them often. Dr. Goecks performed a bilateral upper blepharoplasty for me about a month ago. She is very kind and calm, helped me consider my options, and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to reach whenever I needed to ask a question. My eyelids look great and I have gained a lot of self-confidence, and I can see better!

I have had multiple visits with Dr. Goecks for wrinkle reducing treatments.
