Wow. Was referred to Solis after 2 neck surgeries. Made an appt 5 weeks ago. Was asked for insurance and told them I had to self-pay. Was told the cost and appt was set for today at 1:30 PM. Yesterday at 2:36 PM they called to confirm and told me to be there 15 minutes early and to bring my Ins card. I told them again I was self-paying and appt was confirmed. At 2:49 PM was told appt was cancelled, couldn't see me because SHE ONLY ACCEPTS INS, NOT SELF-PAY. Wasted 5 weeks waiting for help...

Dr Solis used to be a very caring Dr, that has changed, seems she has cratered to Gov regulations and over sight all while neglecting her patients. She all but told me to find another DR on last visit, so today I got a letter saying she terminated me. All because I had a medicine giving to me at the ER, So if you see Dr Solis you are banned from going to the ER and receiving medication for a life threatening headache. Her staff used to be pleasant, now they have become witches, just plain nasty.

Hands down, best doctor I've been to. Dr. Solis has gone above and beyond in heping to find answers on what was wrong with me. Fast appointments, caring staff and very thorough. I feel so thankful to have found such an excellent doctor that has truly gone out of her way to help get me the diagnosis and pain relief I need.

I have been very pleased with the care I received in this office. I transfered my care from my initial Dr in Dallas where I was referred by my surgeon. I was very happy with the transfer. The office made me feel like an individual not just another patient. She really listened and cared about the type of pain I was having related to an accident. I am very happy with my decision to transfer.

Tanya is ok, unfortunately, one seldom sees her. Lots of para-medical staff turnover with frequent errors in basic processes. Admin staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are pleasant enough but that quickly changes if you question them. This practice is far more concerned with government agencies than patient care.
