Horrible experience
As soon as I walked in I was not acknowledged for 15 mins when there was NOBODY in the office. Then I went on to wait another 30 mins in a room, again there was 1 patient ahead of me that was it. Went on to explain what I was there for, and without any test was told that I needed an EPI and prescribed one (got the call a couple days after). She also said that my next reaction will be deadly again WITHOUT ANY tests. Then went on to explain the skin test and Iw as ready for it, but then had to get it scheduled for a later day. And another appointment for results, its a skin test, you see it right there and then. Pushed allergy shots and medications heavily even after I denied all of it, I mean prescribed something without my approval. Worst experience ever! Especially for a first time at an allergist.

Went for Allergies and she did not even test me for ANYTHING...just told me I wasnt allergic to anything I asked about....how does she know????I have a serious situation and needed that info and she did NOTHING other than offer her opinion!!

She told me I’m allergic to foods I’ve always had no problem eating... I agree with the comment here below. The receptionist (Charlene) is nasty; please listen to these comments and read other comments on how nasty her staff is. I was there and they were cheap on the paper for the bed from the prior patient. Additionally, Charlene does not pick up the phone... for one month. Kept leaving messages to get my medical records to no avail. My insurance company also tried to help me but she would not pick up the phone for them either... she is an unhappy lazy person. It took over one month when I finally got “lucky” and she picked up the phone. On my first visit (I only went there on or about 3 times due to poor service) Charlene refused to tell me how much I had to pay for deductible. Again had to call my insurance company for help as they wanted to charge me more (I had already met most of my deductible). Spare yourself from nasty Charlene who only talks to her friends on the phone.

If you want help, don't go here. Office staff is terrible. The doctor is even worse. She gave my mom a list of over 50 items she "might" be allergic & now my 85 year old mom thinks she can't eat anything. She also prescribed my mom a pill clearly stated it is not to be given to anyone older than 65. My mom is allergic to pollen & has hay fever type allergies. She asked for an allergy (also used for asthma) pill Singulair, but the doctor refused. What?! We immediately left. Don't go here!

I am new to PSL and needed an allergist locally, as my Dr. was in Palm Bay, Brevard County. So excited to find a lady Dr. and upon arrival to the office, I was greeted with the most curt receptionist I've ever encountered. She seemed like she hated her job. After getting my paperwork done and got into my room, I was going to base my next visit upon the Dr. I encountered. Wow, was I ever wrong. She was worse than the receptionist. She spoke to me in such a rude way. I will NEVER go back there.

I wish I had read these reviews before going. She makes no eye contact and does not listen. Her attitude is rude and she seems to lack fundamental knowledge. The wait is entirely too long as there are almost never any patients in her office.

Dr Vedere is knowledgable. Flat affect. Robotic in answering questions.Like she doesnt really care. Dr is tolerable. Culture difference maybe. Office girl Sharlene is absolutely horrible. Should b working at DMV or government office where she can b rude &in total control. Makes people feel uncomfortable& groveling. LIED about a mistake she made on insurance. I wont go back because of rude,mean Sharlene. I wont be treated like insignificant number. Office sparsely furnished and cheap appearaance

Upon arriving, rather than being civilly greeted, the receptionist was curt, rude and seemed like she hated her job. Rather than saying hello, or welcoming me (a first time client) she shoved a clipboard in my hand and said fill this out. Paper work I filled out from their website was useless, and a waste of time. The Doctor took 30 minutes to enter the room, and was just as curt and rude. She needs to learn much about not being arrogant.
