Best Physician I have ever had.
I am a long time patient of Doctor Chen. English is her second language and as such may come across as abrupt, but she is not. I am disabled with many severe health issues, she always took the time to go over each and every one. She went over my diet and forever tried to get me to eat healthier. I had life threatening issues while under her care. Every test that might help was ordered immediately. Her quick action saved my life. She would always call in the evening to go over test results,so she wouldn't have to rush. Sometimes she would call just to make sure I was doing well. I wish every doctor was a Dr. Chen, the world would be a better place.

On my new patient visit I came to her with MRI results she refused to look at or discuss my plan with my previous doctor. I told her that I was in physical therapy for a year and she wasn’t interested in seeing what exercises I could do. She didn’t even examine me and proceeded to force me to do exercises that made me cry out in pain. And she insisted that I do them. I did and now I need a wheelchair to get around. She blamed me for crying so loud that it made her feel bad and said that I was making her office think that she was abusing me and that I made them feel bad too. Then when I emailed her to let her know that I needed my high blood pressure medication I had run out she sent me a email a day later stating that she doesn’t work on the weekends or holidays. Fortunately I switched doctors and was able to get my LIFE SAVING MEDICATION!

Best doctor I ever had. She is a good listener and takes time to explain any diagnoses and treatments. Always involves you in coming to decisions for your care and makes helpful suggestions about exercise, diet, and lifestyle modifications in addition to medication. True professionalism and compassion.

She is a very nice and responsible doctor. She helped me to recover for my serious skin problems and helped my daughter to recover from pneumonia twice. I love her special skills.

Terrible doctor! Condescending and insensitive. She takes forever with patients, not because she’s thorough but because she repeats herself over and over and over. As a result, she’s always running at least 45 minutes behind. Prepare to wait and to be offended.

Dismissed my concerns over potentially serious cardiac, diabetic issues. Family members have died from cardiac, diabetic complications so to say I am unhappy is an understatement. Also do not appreciate the arrogant, judgmental attitude exhibited at times.

Very detailed and caring. She will patiently continue to ask you questions until she understands your complete picture of your health history. You may have to wait longer for your appointment but it's because she is giving the same detailed time to another that you will also receive. Great follow up and don't be surprised if she calls you after 7pm to go over lab results.
